And on our side, it’s an opportunity to better understand your expertise, your values, and what you’re looking for to ensure it’s a great match!

  • This first exchange with the manager will allow you to gain deeper knowledge about the position, understand their expectations and work environment in order to see if you would match the current team and their needs.

    💡 Tips: Ensure that you’ve prepared your questions for the manager/team to ensure you get the most out of this interview!

  • This stage will ensure that your expertise matches the needs for the position and that you project yourself into the position / within the team.

    💡 Tips: Be prepared to talk more in-depth about your experiences, be able to explain your choices, your methodology, and your understanding of the technical aspects. Those questions are not made to trick you but to understand how you work and how you make choices depending on your environment.

  • Last but not least, you will be able to understand and see if you align with our vision & company values.
